2020: UPS had approximately 534,000 employees in 2021 compared to 543,000 in 2020. The company had 444,000 employees working in the United states in 2021 and 90,000 located internationally. 

2019: The number of UPS employees in 2019 grew to 4,95,000 of which 413,000 were employeed in the United States and 82,000 overseas.

Number of UPS employees in 2018 was 481,000 of which 399,000 were in USA and 82,000 placed internationally.
