Collins Aerspace is the largest business segment of Raytheon Technologies based on net revenues. In 2021, Collins Aerospace generated $18,449 million compared to $19,288 million in 2020. Pratt Whitney, which is the scond largest business segment of Raytheon technologies generated $18.15 billion in 2021 compared to $16.8 billion in 2020. 

The Raytheon Missiles and Defense segment generated $15.54 billion in 2021 compared to $11.4 billion in 2020. 

Its Raytheon Intelligence and Space segment generated $15.2 billion in 2021, compared to $11.07 billion in 2020.
