2021: In 2021, Aerospace, the largest business segment of Honeywell International (based on revenues), generated $11,026 million in net sales compared to $11.544 million in 2020. The performance materials and technologies segment of the company had net sales worth $10,013 million in 2021 compared to $9,423 million in 2020. Safety and productivity solutions generated $7,814 million in net sales in 2021 compared to $6,481 million in 2020. Building technologies sales grew to $5,539 million in 2021 compared to $5,189 million in 2020. Except the aerospace segment, all the other three business segments of the company experienced increase in net sales in 2021 compared to the previous year.

The business of Honeywell International is divided into four segments that include aerospace, building technologies, performance material & technologies and safety and productivity solutions. Aerospace is the largest business segment of Honeywell International followed by performance materials and technologies based upon revenue.

In 2018, Honeywell generated $15.5 billion from aerospace sales and $10.7 billion from performance materials and technologies sales. Its revenue from building technologies sales was $9.3 billion and that from safety and productivity solutions was $6.3 billion.
